My guest today is: JP Michel, Founder of Sparkpath and Challenge Cards. I met JP in 2019 at the NCDA conference and was impressed with his Challenge Cards.
Today we will explore:
(1) Tell me about your philosophy of the challenge perspective for career decision making
(2) What can career practitioners do to embrace this concept in their work?
