JP Michel is the Challenge Cards’ creator and SparkPath’s founder. He holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and is the recipient of the 2022 Outstanding Career Leader award from the Career Professionals of Canada. Look for his book coming out in the fall of 2023.
